Perlage: delicate and persistent bubbles

Bouquet: fruity with floral notes

Taste: harmonious and fresh; full-bodied

Serving temperature: 6-8° C

Food pairings: Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light and delicate dishes or fish dishes
