RACK WASHER DRYER WITH CENTRIFUGAL SYSTEM

Automatic machines to wash, sanitize and dry racks, pans and equipment placed on racks.

Its unique and innovative centrifugal system allows a significant reduction of energy consumption and space while guaranteeing the maximum efficiency. Thanks to a slow rotation of the loading platform, the wash solution reaches the whole surface of the rack and components.

Our special machines are designed to fit all the requirements and capacities of our hygiene-sensitive customers.

Highlights:

Flexible hourly washing capacity, from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 120 racks/hour.
Cabin operation with a single door or double “pass-through” doors, with centrifugal technology or tunnel operation for high capacity.
High pressure to remove all types of stubborn residue or dirt.

MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Drying system using a new technology designed and developed by Colussi Ermes able to combine optimal drying capacity with minimum consumption.
CIP (Clean In Place) self-washing program which preserves and purifies the production lines of organic and inorganic contaminants. CIP is a self-washing automatic system for all circuits, walls and key points of the machine which does not require disassembly. This is carried out through the introduction of detergent fluids at a specific pre-set concentration, pressure and temperature and constantly monitored, followed by careful washing and sanitization.
TAILOR-MADE: the machine is designed, developed and configured for each individual customer, on the basis of their requests and requirements, to obtain maximum energy efficiency.
Structure in stainless steel with thick insulated panels to prevent the dispersion of heat produced by the rack washing process. This technology offers a dual function: reduction in energy consumption and noise reduction.
Advanced system for removing water residue from the surfaces of the racks and frames, for immediate re-use in the production process.
Interfacing with centralised monitoring systems compliant with HACCP standards and automatic feed systems of the equipment to be washed.

The lawful basis for the processing is: Contractual obligation
The provision of data is mandatory and required by legal and contractual obligations. Therefore, any refusal to provide the personal data will cause the impossibility to provide the requested services.

2. Processing procedures
The Data will be processed by the Data Controller with electronic systems in compliance with the principles of fairness, correctness and transparency required by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data. The controller will protect the confidentiality of the Data through technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security.

3. Data retention period
The data will be processed for a period necessary to verify that the message does not contain spam and / or other abuses. Afterwards, the data will be deleted.

4. Disclosure and Transfer of Data
The Data will be processed, insofar as it is necessary, by authorized personnel, adequately trained by the Data Controller and by third parties who provide services to the Data Controller and process data as Data Processor (according to the instructions of the Data Controller)..
The data subject's data will be processed temporarily for the sole purpose of acquiring the message and forwarding it to the relevant exhibitor. Following the transmission of the message, the exhibitor will directly manage the relationship with the data subject. Consequently, after the transmission of the message, the exhibitor will assume the role of data controller.

a. Right to receive confirmation as to whether the Data Controller is processing the Data Subject’s personal data (access rights);
