Bronze-cuts are made by a traditional procedure which roughens its surface, so it can hold sauces and seasoning. Made from 100% Italian durum wheat, it is dried slowly to preserve its excellent organoleptic ad nutritional properties. High of proteins (14%), the bronze pasta keeps cooking very well.
