Callipo Gelateria Puressenza range is born to rediscover the unique taste of traditional gelato. Puressenza gelato line is packed in innovative paperboard tubs of 300 g., and it is made exclusively with 100% natural ingredients, fresh High Quality Italian milk, fresh cream, and free-range egg yolk.

Puressenza gelato does not contain gluten, hydrogenated fats, additives, colorings, artificial flavourings, glucose or dextrose. The use of high percentages of characterizing raw materials in the recipe conveys an authentic and genuine taste, as a homemade gelato.

Puressenza range is available in the following flavors: Espresso, Lemon and Bergamot, Hazelnut and Chocolate.

With the launch of Puressenza line, Gelateria Callipo also presents its new captivating brand architecture using classic Majolica images to link Italian spirit, tradition and elegance.
