Entire in-house manufacturing process - Rossetto

F.lli Rossetto, established in 1957, is a leading Italian manufacturer of moulded PU foams for furniture. 

The company, which is now run by the second generation of Rossetto, is located on an overall area of 35.000 M² (23.000 M² are indoor) and employs 200 people.

F.lli Rossetto specialises in the production of soft seating made with an internal metal framework totally moulded over with flexible polyurethane foam. The whole production process (metal and wood working, injection) is made in-house.

F.lli Rossetto offers an array of different PU systems, from flexible to integral and rigid foams in order to meet the diverse requirements of the market. These Pu systems represent the result of many years of dedication and research in cooperation with our suppliers of raw materials.

The way our products are made guarantees high durability, making them ideal for use in the hospitality and contract markets.

Starting from a 3D file or a physical sample, we can make the solid pattern (model) and the production tooling.
